Registrum privatum litterarum apostolicarum per viam de curia expeditarum, 1735-1809, 1814-1908.

The series begins with primarily printed documents drafted by the abbreviator. Later in the series it becomes less formal and contains mostly written drafts. Numbers on cases relate to, or are copies of, materials in other Abbreviatores Apostolici de Curia series including Registrum bullarum, Miscellanea, and Appendix positionum. The first volume (vol. 22) is particularly interesting because it contains an 1857 copy of a 1735 document discussing the functions of the abbreviator as well as information on how different processes in various curial offices work (e.g., canonization and legal protocols), which would be important for the abbreviator to understand in order to fulfill his office. There is an index at the beginning of vol. 22 only.

1.5 linear m. (10 v.)
